In addition to a base wage, every associate is eligible for quarterly profit sharing!! Various shifts are available and off shifts include additional shift differential pay.

Why This Role MattersYou’ll play a key role in keeping our materials and products moving smoothly through the facility. From receiving and organizing materials to staging and shipping finished goods, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations. What You’ll Do- Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and placement of materials throughout the warehouse
- Pick, stage, and ship finished goods with precision
- Support production with light assembly when needed
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, aerial lifts, forklifts, and more (training/certification available!)
- Enter and manage transactions using Oracle shipping software
- Show up every day demonstrating Ruger’s Expected Behaviors
- Prior warehouse experience is great—but motivation and the right attitude go even further
- Comfort working with computers, especially Oracle and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and reliable data entry skills
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and communicate clearly with your team
- A self-starter mindset, good listening skills, and a passion for continuous improvement
- Must be able to lift 50lbs. at a height of approximately 48” at various times throughout each shift
- This is an active, hands‑on role. You’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and working with your hands throughout the shift.
- You must be able to lift 50lbs to a height of about 48” multiple times during the day.
- You’ll do a significant amount of walking, bending, lifting, grasping and applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palms.
- This role is performed standing all day.
- Must be 18 or older
