The Adjunct Group Fitness Instructor will teach group fitness classes as part of the MNTC Wellness Program, serving participants with a wide range of fitness levels and abilities. This role provides safe, effective, and inclusive exercise instruction while fostering a welcoming, supportive environment that encourages participation, confidence, and lifelong wellness.

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Credentials: Applicants must hold a current, nationally recognized group fitness or personal training certification, such as ACE, NETA, ACSM, NASM, or Yoga Alliance RYT 200 or higher.
• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience teaching group fitness classes required.

• Classes taught will be based on the instructor’s certification, training, and experience.
• Instructors will assist with light cleaning and care of the Wellness Center and fitness equipment.
• Responsibilities may include participation in campus wellness events such as the annual health fair and assisting with personal training or health education programming based on qualifications and program needs.

• Monday/Wednesday 12:00pm
• Thursday 4:30pm

Work schedule varies based on class availability. All classes are 30–45 minutes long. Please apply online c.edu.
