Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 1:30, 27½ hours per week.

• Demonstrates an attitude of flexibility in work assignments
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Interacts well with students and staff
• Kitchen experience preferred

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food efficiently and pleasantly
• Perform cashier duties, wash dishes, fill flatware stations, load milk, and prepare meals
• Serve and clean up daily, including dishes
• Assist in setting up the cafeteria serving area
• Replenish food as needed
• Adhere to Auburn School Department’s HAACP plan
• Follow strict protocols with cleaning and sanitizing
• Other duties as assigned

• Department of Maine Education CHRC (fingerprinting)
• At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required
