This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Domino's Pizza store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory and cash control, and leading a team of staff to achieve operational excellence.

3085 Presque Isle, ME

Full‑time or Part‑time, various shifts available.

• Own all responsibilities during the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures 100% of the time and set a positive example for crew members.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduled work, and maintain a perfect store image and adherence to standards.
• Provide exemplary customer service, maintain attendance and punctuality, and ensure transportation to and from work.
• Maintain store cleanliness and marketing initiatives to drive profitability.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and the walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare food products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, including using a calculator.
• Make correct monetary change and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for processing orders and interacting with customers and coworkers.
• Motor coordination and speed for accurate product handling.
• Computer keyboard or touch screen proficiency for order entry.
• Navigation skills to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain for deliveries.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a fast‑food or retail environment is desirable.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
