Journeyman and Master Service Plumbers – Presque Isle, ME

We are seeking experienced journeyman and master service plumbers to join our team and provide high‑quality plumbing services to homeowners and businesses.

General Responsibilities
  • Complete plumbing upgrades, repairs, and water treatment installations efficiently and accurately.
  • Install water heaters, perform residential plumbing service, and service propane appliances.
  • Establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
  • Present a professional and knowledgeable image to win new referrals and repeat business.
  • Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
  • Maintain effective communication with co‑workers and management.
  • Support the team in keeping the job site safe, clean, and organized.
  • Follow company policies and procedures and complete paperwork and assignments in a timely manner.
  • Keep company trucks clean, organized, and maintain proper inventory levels.
  • Participate in all company‑provided training and on‑the‑job training to master the trade.
Experience and Requirements
  • Master or Journeyman plumbing license, Propane appliance connection license, gas license, EPA 608 preferred.
  • Clean, safe driving record.
  • Ability to comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
  • High integrity and professionalism.
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with exceptional follow‑through.
  • Outgoing, positive, can‑do personality, fits a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
  • Competitive individual contributor who also loves to work and win as a team.
  • Highly motivated, self‑starter, flexible, with a great attitude.

Success Metrics
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    Provide clear explanations, educate customers, offer preventive maintenance and energy‑saving recommendations, maintain a high satisfaction rate, and resolve concerns promptly.
  • First‑Time Fix Rate:
    Accurately diagnose issues, arrive fully prepared, and complete repairs on the first call.
  • Response Time:
    Respond to service requests within the defined time frame.
  • Service Revenue Generation:
    Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, recommend solutions, meet or exceed revenue targets, and upsell additional services.
  • Service Agreement Enrollment:
    Enroll customers in service agreements for long‑term relationships and recurring revenue.
  • Productivity and Utilization:
    Maintain high productivity, minimize downtime, and maximize billable hours.
  • Technical Excellence:
    Diagnose emergencies efficiently, perform plumbing services, and continuously improve technical skills.
  • Inventory Management:
    Keep track of vehicle inventory and parts stock, ensuring accuracy and minimizing excess.
  • Safety Adherence:
    Maintain a perfect safety record by following all protocols and guidelines.
  • Documentation Accuracy:
    Maintain accurate records of service calls, work performed, and parts used in the Service Titan platform.
