We are a small but growing excavation company serving Cache Valley and surrounding areas. We are looking to hire heavy equipment operators and laborers to join our team.
Job Duties- Assist crew with installation of wet and dry utilities, irrigation pipe, grading, compacting, and related tasks.
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, wheel loaders, skid steers, dozers, rollers, jumping jacks, and other machinery.
- Work as a team player, eager to learn and follow direction.
- Pass a pre‑employment drug test.
- Maintain reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Heavy equipment operators: 2+ years of experience required.
- Laborers: experience is a plus, but we provide on‑the‑job training.
Pay range: $18–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
Paid holidays and paid time off after a required waiting period.
40–50 hours per week. Overtime available.
