Salary: £30,115.80, rising to £31,168.80 after probation

Shifts:

1 on 2 off plus sleeps - £65 per sleep

Our client is a growing social care provider dedicated to delivering high-quality care across children's residential homes in Preston. With two homes currently open and plans to expand further, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team committed to creating safe, nurturing environments.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and supervising care teams to deliver outstanding support to children and young people.
Ensuring care plans are followed and tailored to individual needs.
Promoting a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment.
Managing daily operations, including shift planning and team coordination.
Supporting the well being and development of young people in your care.
Maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
Participating in staff training and development initiatives.
