Over the past year, we have worked closely with children's residential homes through permanent recruitment and identified a gap in the quality, consistency and standards often seen within agency staffing.

We are here to help change that.

Our aim is to build a team of experienced, reliable and passionate Children's Residential Support Workers who want to make a genuine difference. Every shift is an opportunity to provide positive support, consistency and care to children and young people living in residential homes.

• Providing safe, caring and child-centred support
• Building positive and professional relationships
• Supporting daily routines, activities and independence
• Acting as a positive and reliable role model
• Following care plans, safeguarding procedures and risk assessments
• Working closely with residential care teams
• Maintaining clear and accurate records

• Have at least 1 year's experience working in a children's residential home
• Have full-time right to work in the UK
• Be caring, reliable, resilient and passionate about supporting children and young people
• Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child-centred care
• NVQ Level 4 in Children and Young People's Residential Care is preferred.
• A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.

• Competitive pay of £12.75-£14.50+ per hour, depending on experience and placement
