The Bay Learning Trust invites applications for a leader to develop and manage our in‑house catering service at Longridge High School. You will oversee production and service of nutritious meals, ensure hygiene standards, and drive high quality catering within agreed budgets.
You will lead, train and develop catering staff, plan menus, manage stock and orders, and maintain compliance with food safety requirements. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
