Compass Group UK&I is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor on a part-time basis (30 hours per week) for a major High Street brand. You will oversee kitchens and service counters, ensuring exceptional food and customer service standards while progressing your catering career within a company that values its people.
Key duties include preparing food to high standards, supervising culinary and catering teams, monitoring KPIs, maintaining Health & Safety compliance, and training staff.
