Air Conditioning Engineer

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Air Conditioning Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) on air conditioning systems.
• May also be required to work on refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets, multideck or ice machines.
• Have knowledge of installation designs and bespoke manufacturer troubleshooting procedures and be expected to complete all work-related documentation in an accurate and timely manner, keeping logs on inspection reports and remedial works.

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Air-Conditioning or Heating & Ventilation.
• Relevant qualifications in F-Gas & ODS regulations.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Permit to Work procedures.
• Will be required to undertake an SC Clearance check.
