Joiner, Building Maintenance

To provide a high-quality joinery service across the club-owned facilities, ensuring that the stadium, training grounds, offices, hospitality areas and associated buildings are maintained to the highest standards whilst ensuring a safe, professional and welcoming environment for players, staff, supporters, visitors and commercial partners.

The successful candidate will work alongside the maintenance team to carry out a range of preventative and reactive joinery tasks such as fire door maintenance, building fabric maintenance, emergency repairs and projects.

You will be expected to assist the maintenance team with other ad hoc maintenance tasks as required and provide assistance with match-day preparations.

CITB Level 2 in Joinery & Carpentry or equivalent recognised qualification

Proven experience in commercial, industrial or facilities maintenance joinery.

Ability to undertake a wide variety of first and second fix carpentry tasks.

Full UK driving licence.

Minimum 5 years’ time served experience
