Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 per year (depending on experience) + Paid On-Call Rota

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, professional, and takes genuine pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. You'll carry out a mixture of planned preventative maintenance and reactive plumbing works across our portfolio of commercial and domestic properties.

• Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Deliver work to a consistently high standard.
• Provide excellent customer service when working on client sites.
• Complete job reports and documentation accurately.
• Work safely and in accordance with current regulations.
• Participate in a paid on-call rota shared fairly across the team.
• Fully qualified Plumber (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• Proven experience in maintenance plumbing.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently.
• Professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Clean DBS (CRB) check or willingness to undergo one.
• Satisfactory employment references.

• Monday to Friday working hours (8:00am – 4:00pm).
