Joiner Multi Trade We are currently looking for a Joiner Multi Trade to work within a University environment in Preston for a well-established facilities and maintenance contractor.

This is a great opportunity to join an established maintenance team responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a busy university campus and its surrounding buildings. Were looking for an experienced Joiner Multi Trade who is seeking a long-term temporary opportunity, with the potential for a permanent position in the future.

keen to speak to anyone with experience working within university, commercial, public-sector, facilities management, property maintenance, refurbishment or similar environments, whether youve previously worked as a Joiner Multi Trade, Carpenter Multi Trade, Multi Trade Operative, Maintenance Operative, Repairs Operative or in a similar role.

As a Joiner Multi Trade, you will be:

• Carrying out planned and reactive joinery repairs and maintenance across university buildings
• Completing carpentry and general multi-trade maintenance works
• Undertaking additional trades including patch plastering, tiling and decorating where skilled
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standard with a right-first-time approach
