Groundworker

Ground workers & Groundworks Supervisor - Truro (TR1) TSR are currently recruiting for 6 x Ground workers and 1 x Groundworks Supervisor for a new-build care home project in Truro, TR1.

Start Date:

2nd November Duration: 8 weeks, with the potential for temp-to-perm opportunities. Positions & Pay Rates Ground workers - £22 per hour:
Ground workers CSCS card Ground workers with Machine Tickets - £23 per hour: CPCS or NPORS dumper, roller or 360 Groundworks Supervisor - £25-£26 per hour: SMSTS qualification and previous experience required.

The Role The project involves carrying out finishing works on a new-build care home. We are looking for reliable, experienced ground workers and a capable supervisor to help get the project completed to a high standard. Requirements Valid CSCS card for ground workers. Relevant groundworks experience. Machine tickets preferred for ground worker roles where applicable. SMSTS required for the supervisor position. Good timekeeping, reliability and a strong work ethic.
