We're looking for a versatile Plumber & General Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our park’s facilities in top shape! From plumbing repairs to general upkeep, your expertise will help ensure our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and hassle-free stay.

• Carry out inspections, plumbing, general maintenance repairs across holiday homes and park facilities.
• Promptly diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, both routine and urgent to ensure everything remains safe, functional, and guest-ready.
• Respond to general maintenance requests from guests, owners, or team in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct routine checks on facilities and equipment to maintain safety and performance.
• Work collaboratively with the wider maintenance team to deliver high-quality service across the park.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Fully qualified Plumber (City & Guilds Level 1 or equivalent) with proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
• Practical experience in general maintenance is essential.
• Previous experience working in a holiday park or similar setting is a bonus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong awareness of health and safety regulations and commitment to a safe working environment.
• Full UK Driving License essential.
