We're now looking for a skilled Electrician to join our team—someone who can ensure electrical systems are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably across fast-paced production environments.

This is a varied, hands-on role offering stability, career development, and the opportunity to work with a close-knit team across multiple sites and projects.

• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on industrial equipment
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime
• Work on control panels, wiring, motors, and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and support PLC and control systems (where applicable)
• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of electrical systems
• Assist production teams to maintain efficiency and performance
• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities
• Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of work carried out
• Promote a safe, clean, and organised working environment

• Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience with industrial electrical systems and control panels
• Knowledge of PLCs / automation systems (desirable)
• Relevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement

• Salary up to £42,000 DOE based on experience.
• Enhanced overtime rates (1.5x)
• 40-hour working week (full-time)
