Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the MD’s office operates efficiently, with a high level of confidentiality, organisation, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, calendar events, and executive travel
- Manage diaries, emails, and correspondence with discretion and efficiency
- Handle administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, and reporting
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the MD
- Support special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed
