As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a well-organised and personable individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (PA).
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Pretoria East. The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients, agents and visitors, while also providing comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support to management.
Key Responsibilities- Front-desk reception and client liaison
- Managing calls, emails, and correspondence
- Office administration and record keeping
- Calendar and schedule coordination for management
- Preparing documents, reports, training material and presentations
- Ordering and managing marketing material and stationery
- Assisting with social media and internal communication channels
- Supporting in-house events and corporate gifting
- Ensuring the office runs efficiently on a day-to-day basis
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Personal/Executive Assistant an advantage
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual:
English and Afrikaans (spoken and written) - Professional, punctual, and presentable appearance
- Outgoing personality with strong people skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and basic computer navigation
- Hands-on experience with Canva (Adobe Illustrator is an advantage)
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in real estate or property-related environments is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are a plus)
- Available to start immediately
