As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a well-organised and personable individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (PA).

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pretoria East. The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients, agents and visitors, while also providing comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support to management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front-desk reception and client liaison
  • Managing calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Office administration and record keeping
  • Calendar and schedule coordination for management
  • Preparing documents, reports, training material and presentations
  • Ordering and managing marketing material and stationery
  • Assisting with social media and internal communication channels
  • Supporting in-house events and corporate gifting
  • Ensuring the office runs efficiently on a day-to-day basis
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Personal/Executive Assistant an advantage
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual:
    English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
  • Professional, punctual, and presentable appearance
  • Outgoing personality with strong people skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and basic computer navigation
  • Hands-on experience with Canva (Adobe Illustrator is an advantage)
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in real estate or property-related environments is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are a plus)
  • Available to start immediately
