To provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to the Marketing Department, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, brand compliance, stock control and communication across 38 filling stations and 8 depots.
Minimum requirements:
  • Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, Secretarial, or similar
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative, marketing support, or logistics role
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Key Responsibilities
    Marketing Administration & Support
  • Assist with the planning, execution, and rollout of national and regional marketing campaigns
  • Manage and track marketing material orders and distribution (±18,000 units per campaign)
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing assets, deliveries, and returns
  • Coordinate with filling stations and depots regarding marketing requirements
  • Logistics, Dispatch & Stock Control
  • Prepare, check, and file delivery schedules and dispatch documentation
  • Count, verify, and reconcile marketing materials before dispatch
  • Track delivery confirmations and follow up on discrepancies
  • Assist with uniform ordering, allocation, and dispatch to stations
  • Maintain stock lists and reports for marketing items and uniforms
  • Brand & Compliance Support
  • Ensure all materials, uniforms, and signage align with company’s brand standards
  • Assist with managing anything carrying the company’s logo (approval tracking, records, etc.)
  • Support audits and compliance checks relating to brand visibility
  • Customer Complaints & Communication
    Log, track, and assist with resolving customer complaints
  • Liaise with internal departments, stations, and external suppliers
  • Maintain complaint registers and follow-up records
  • General Administration
  • Manage filing systems (digital and paper-based)
  • Capture data and generate basic reports
  • Assist the Marketing Manager and Coordinator with ad hoc admin tasks
