Full job description

We’re looking for a friendly and organized Admin Receptionist to join our team!

As the first point of contract for visitors and callers, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive impression of our company.

Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to emails

Maintain accurate records and databases

Inventory and stock take

Provide adminstrative support to the team as needed

Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming

Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast
-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft and other administrative software

Job Type: Temp to perm
