About the Role We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to the Owner. The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document management. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist families and clients with professionalism, empathy, and care.
  • Coordinate funerals, appointments, and maintain schedules.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with internal processes.
  • Create funeral booklets and communication.
  • Support operational tasks as needed and assist with funeral policies.
  • Prepared to work Saturdays.
