Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Business Manager.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparation of agendas and minute taking.
Draft and prepare professional presentations and reports.
Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager and Project Manager(s) to develop and maintain ongoing project cost forecasts.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining all project finance-related matters, including:
Work in Progress (WIP)
Invoicing
Outstanding Debtors
Order Book management
Maintain and nurture positive client relationships.
Support business growth initiatives through administrative and financial coordination.
Administrative or Financial Diploma (advantageous).
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience within the consulting engineering industry / BEP environment.
Experience in Project Management and Cost Control (advantageous).
Proven ability to manage and prioritise a high workload in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Demonstrated flexibility and strong organisational capability.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
