Provide secretarial and administrative duties (TCF)
- Attend to all incoming calls
- Attend to and sort email
- Manage Executive Head diary
- Arrange and co-ordinate and external meetings/ functions
- Compile and type letters
- Order stationary
- Liaise with IT technical issues
- Attend to payment requests and credit card statement
- Record keeping of all committee documents and correspondence
- Receive visitors for Executive courteously
- Compile Presentation Reports
- Monitor budget
- Compile and distribute board packs and meeting/ committees
- Compile and co-ordinate monthly management reports
- Provide executive with all relevant documentation. Arrange refreshments for meetings
- Compile and distribute agendas and notice for meetings
- Take and distribution of minutes
- Make and process travel and accommodation arrangements
- Process related claims
