Position: Tender Administrator / Coordinator
SA - Gauteng, Pretoria East Market Related - Depending on Experience A well-established organisation based in Pretoria East is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Tender Administrator / Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to manage the full tender process from identification through to submission and follow-up.
Minimum requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in tender administration
  • Strong understanding of public and private sector tender processes
  • Experience working with platforms such as CIDB and eTenders
  • Excellent organisational, coordination, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines
