Our established client in the retail industry is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy E-Commerce Administrator & PA to join their fast-paced team.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Previous experience within the retail industry.
Experience working with Woo Commerce and/or Shopify.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy with excellent computer proficiency.
Experience managing calendars and providing PA support.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, live chats, and phone calls.
Answer incoming calls, address customer queries, and direct calls to appropriate team members when necessary.
Maintain a friendly, helpful tone while troubleshooting customer issues and delivering exceptional service.
Process online order amendments, cancellations, and address updates accurately
Manage the end-to-end returns and exchanges workflow (issuing return labels, checking returned stock, authorising refunds or store credit).
Use Woo Commerce / Shopify to locate orders, check stock levels, and update order statuses.
Calendar & Schedule Management:
Assist the Head of E-Commerce with calendar scheduling, meeting reminders, and agenda preparation.
Help draft internal documents, track ongoing project tasks, and prepare basic reports.
Manage occasional personal/professional admin errands and priority tasks as directed.
