We are seeking a highly organised and detailed‑oriented Tender Administrator to manage and coordinate the full tendering process. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tender documents, ensuring compliance and supporting business through successful bid submission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review tender documents and summary requirements for management.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender documents within deadlines.
  • Compile administrative, technical, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure all tender submissions meet regulatory and client requirements.
  • Maintain an updated database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes.
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather required information.
  • Track tender deadlines and submission timelines.
  • Maintain company compliance documents (tax clearance, BBBEE certificate, company registration etc.).
  • Assist with post‑tender follow ups and contract administration.
  • Support proposal writing and company profile updates.

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in tender administration or bid coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of tender processes and compliance requirements.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
