Main Duties: ? Prepare templates for Planning Documents and Performance reports in accordance with relevant Guidelines and Frameworks ? Assist with drafting the Strategic Plan, Annual Performance Plan, and Annual Operational Plan of the organisation ? Assist with collation, validation of the portfolio of evidence, and compilation of organisational Quarterly, Annual, and Mid/End-Term Performance Reports ? Configure Performance Plans and Capture Performance data into the Electronic Quarterly Performance Reporting System (eQPRS) ?
Provide administrative support during Organisational and Branch Planning workshops ? Prepare presentations on Planning and Performance matters ? Compile minutes and follow up on important actions and decisions from relevant planning and performance meetings ? Follow up on non-compliance related to reporting ? Perform general administrative duties as required in the Planning unit.
