We’re looking for a Conceptual Digital Designer with a strong visual eye and a mind for ideas. Someone who can turn insights into concepts, concepts into visuals, and visuals into compelling stories. You enjoy designing for digital, social, motion, campaigns, narratives, and brand moments. You think beyond layout, you think in ideas, in systems, and in stories that live across formats.

You collaborate naturally with writers, strategists, storytellers, and product teams. You love exploring multiple directions, pushing brand expression, and creating work that feels modern, simple, and deeply human.

• Develop conceptual visual ideas and campaign directions with writers and the brand/storytelling team
• Design for digital channels: social, video, online campaigns, content series, and narrative assets
• Translate abstract concepts into compelling and clear visual storytelling
• Work across formats: static, motion, storyboards, simple animations, and digital content
• Strengthen our visual identity through brand consistency, creativity, and thoughtful craft
• Create artefacts for campaigns, product launches, explainer pieces, and storytelling initiatives
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, product designers, and the broader studio
• Present and articulate design thinking clearly and confidently
• Contribute to visual language systems and maintain high creative standards

• Preferred qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Multimedia, or an equivalent visual design discipline. Portfolio strength is more important than formal qualifications.
• Indicative experience: Typically 3–5+ years experience creating conceptual digital work, campaigns, content design, visual storytelling, social design, or mixed-format creative execution.
• Portfolio requirement: Please include a portfolio showcasing conceptual work, visual design craft, brand storytelling, campaign ideas, motion pieces (if you have them), and any digital creative you're proud of.
