My client, a multinational leader within the mining industry, is seeking a driven finance professional to join their high-performing team. • Perform the full accounting function, including month-end and year-end reporting
• Prepare management accounts and financial reports
• Maintain the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls
• Manage VAT, tax and statutory submissions
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and audit requirements
• Oversee cash flow reporting, bank reconciliations and treasury-related activities
• Support foreign payments, cash management and other treasury functions as required
• Assist with ad hoc projects

• BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience with in the manufacturing or mining
• SAP experience will be highly advantageous
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
