Qualification / Experience
  • Honours degree or equivalent qualification (NQF
    8) in Human Resources Management or Industrial and Organisational Psychology, or Labour Relations or Human Resource Development
  • 8 years' relevant management experience in Human Capital Management
Knowledge

In-depth Knowledge of HR practices:
Recruitment, Talent development, Performance management, Labour relations, Organisational Development, Change Management and Employee Remuneration and Benefits;
In-depth knowledge of Employment practices & compliance (Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills development Act;
Very Good Knowledge of HR Metrics:
Analysis and interpretation of statistical data/HR analytics;
Good Business Acumen:
Strategic Planning & Management;
Good Knowledge of Public Sector Legislation (PFMA and etc.);
