Job Title:

HR Administrator Intern

Quantum Insights is a leading data analytics company that provides cutting-edge solutions to help businesses make data-driven decisions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Administrator Intern. This is a full-time, 6-month internship with the potential for permanent employment upon successful completion.

As an HR Administrator Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. You will work closely with our HR team and assist in the day-to-day operations of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system

- Assist with employee relations by responding to employee inquiries and concerns, and escalating issues to the appropriate HR team member

- Support the performance management process by tracking performance evaluations and providing administrative support

- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and policy updates

- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures

- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Previous experience in HR or administrative role is a plus
