SUMMARYSAP Success Factors Consultant
long-term contract
- SAP Success Factors Technical Operations experience (all modules)
- Routinized use of Ticketing systems (e.g. Service Now)
- Familiar with ITIL processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- In-depth technical knowledge in any of the SAP Success Factors modules.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
- Exposure to multinational work environments.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting within SAP Success Factors.
- Knowledge of integration tools related to SAP Success Factors (e.g. integration center, CPI).
- SAP Success Factors certification in any of the modules is a bonus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP Success Factors support or operations.
