A leading construction company based in Pretoria is seeking an experienced Group Human Resources Manager to oversee the HR functions across their diverse group of companies. The role involves implementing industrial relations policies, managing union negotiations, and facilitating training and development programs. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations, at least 5 years of HR experience, and strong leadership skills.

Salary range is R 30 000 - R 40 000 CTC per month.
