Conveyancer / Notary required for a Lynnwood based law firm.
- +/ min of 3 years’ experience
- Experience in Transfers – Deceased Transfers/ Insolvency Transfers/ SIE transfers
- Experience in Bonds – Absa Bank / Standard Bank / Nedbank and SA Homeloans
- Experience in Legal cancellations – Standard Bank
- Notarial work – Servitudes
- Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to strict turnaround times
- Attention to detail and good management skills
- Being a Notary will be an advantage
Salary R 37 000.00 – R 50 000.00 depending on qualifications and experience
