Commercial Litigation Attorney

Pretoria East

Salary: R 25,000 - R 26,000 ctc

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Attorney with 1–2 years’ post admission experience to join the team. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in litigation and a strong interest in commercial litigation matters. Exposure to regulatory institutions, state owned enterprises and financial sector matters will be advantageous.

• LLB degree
• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• 1–2 years’ post‑admission experience
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Sound knowledge of civil procedure

• Exposure to commercial litigation
• Experience dealing with financial institutions and/or regulatory bodies
• Exposure to matters involving the South African Reserve Bank or similar regulatory authorities
• Experience in banking, insolvency, or corporate disputes
