Well-established law firm based in Pretoria East is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Conveyancing Secretary to join their dynamic team. Candidate will play key role in managing conveyancing files from inception to registration

Requirements:
  • Ensure all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately
  • Min 10 yrs experience in similar role
  • Must have strong understanding of:
  • Sub-division and Consolidation of Properties
  • Sectional Titles (Scheme, Opening and Transfers)
  • Full Title Transfers
  • Town Planning
  • Notarial Deeds (Servitudes)
