Lexdan Select is assisting a credit company with their search for an Operations Manager, based in Pretoria.
This role is office based with a salary range of R50 000 to R60 000 p.m.
Duties and responsibilities:- Oversee daily operational functions
- Streamline workflows and improve internal processes
- Lead operational teams and refine procedures for efficiency
- Ensure regulatory compliance and governance standards
- Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement strategy
- Support execution of CASA’s strategic objectives
- Strong operations and workflow optimisation experience
- Leadership and team management capability
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Project management and organisational strength
- Data analysis and budgeting proficiency
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- LLB, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience in the credit or financial services sector will be advantageous
