About the Role
We are a scaling кәрәк Travel Fintech company seeking a high‑output Digital Growth Lead to own our customer acquisition channels. This is not a managerial role overseeing agencies or juniors; it is a senior individual contributor role for a technical marketer who thrives on execution. You will be the primary architect and operator of our digital marketing engine.
Core Objectives- Customer Acquisition: You will personally architect, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google to drive booking volume.
- Content Operations: You will produce and iterate on creative assets (static and video) to ensure market relevance and speed‑to‑market.
- Data integrity: You will own the marketing analytics stack (GA4, Pixel conversions), ensuring every rand spent is tracked to a confirmed booking.
- Execution: Build and deploy marketing campaigns end‑to‑end (copy writing, asset design/editing, audience μεγ targeting, and bidding).
- Analysis: Monitor CAC and LTV daily, making real‑time adjustments to spend.
- Optimization: Rigorous A/B testing of landing pages and ad creatives to improve conversion rates.
- Reporting: Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights regarding market traction and revenue growth.
- The Operator: You are comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
- The Creative Analyst: You are just as comfortable editing in Canva/Cap Cut/Premiere as you are analyzing pivot tables in Excel.
- The Industry Expert: You understand the nuances of marketing regulated financial products (Fintech) or high‑consideration purchases (Travel).
- Proficiency in digital marketing, online marketing, and web analytics.
- Experience in social media marketing and optimising digital campaigns across platforms.
- Strong communication skills for internal collaboration andечного audience engagement.
- Proven ability to develop data‑driven strategies for marketing growth.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing or a related field are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
