As a Mid-weight SEO & AIO Specialist, you will spearhead organic growth initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will own the end-to-end SEO process, from identifying opportunities and executing strategies to reporting results. • Plan and execute SEO strategies to enhance rankings, visibility, and conversion rates
• Conduct keyword research and develop content frameworks that align with client goals
• Identify growth opportunities through comprehensive audits and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with design, development, and paid media teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies
• Track key performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights
• Optimize content for AI-driven search and enhance site structure for modern visibility
• Implement technical SEO tasks including indexing, crawlability, and site optimization
• Enhance on-page elements and support authority growth through link-building strategies
• Utilize tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush to drive continuous improvement
• Develop detailed and insightful performance reports that guide next steps

• Qualification or certification in SEO and/or AIO (both preferred)
• Approximately 2 years of SEO experience across various brands/accounts
• Proficiency in keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO fundamentals
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders
• Experience in agency environments is beneficial but not essential
