Who Are We Looking For

We are looking for an energetic, young, and dynamic Marketing Manager who is hands-on, creative, and highly organised. This role suits someone who understands how to connect with a younger target market, enjoys being involved across both digital and traditional channels, with a focus on Social Media and is comfortable balancing strategy with execution.

What Will You Do

• Develop and execute integrated digital and traditional marketing strategies
• Manage and grow social media platforms with engaging, on-brand content
• Build and maintain strong, consistent branding across all channels
• Plan and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers (design, print, digital)
• Provide leadership and guidance where required, supporting marketing initiatives end-to-end
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise activity
• Manage marketing calendars, promotions, launches, and ongoing brand activity

What Do You Need

• Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing
• Strong social media management experience
• Leadership or team coordination experience
• Solid branding and creative skills
• Exposure to lead generation and performance-driven campaigns
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, energetic, and hands-on approach
• Ability to work full-time from the office in Pretoria
