Griller | Cook

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as a Griller, Line Cook or similar kitchen role
• Strong knowledge of grilling techniques for meat, poultry, seafood and vegetables
• Skilled in cooking to order ( rare, medium, well-done, etc ) with precision
• Ability to prepare side dishes, sauces and accompaniments to a high standard
• Understanding of portion control and plating presentation
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, grill maintenance and cleaning procedures
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy service periods
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Passion for cooking and delivering consistent quality
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

• Basic knowledge of other cooking methods ( sauté, roasting, frying ).
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant or similar environment
• Ability to assist with prep for other stations when needed
• Stock rotation and inventory awareness
