Restaurant General Manager - Lynnwood

We are currently seeking a General Restaurant Manager for a premium casual dining venue located in Lynnwood Pretoria. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or General Manager capacity. A comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations is necessary, along with the ability to manage both front and back of house effectively.

Candidates must be articulate and fluent in English. We will only consider those with a consistent work history and strong references. Skills in staff management and training, inventory oversight, and adherence to opening and closing protocols are essential. The role will also involve administrative tasks related to the restaurant. We are looking for a passionate, hardworking individual who is driven to succeed, can perform well under pressure, and has strong leadership capabilities.
