This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bartender at Ivory Manor Boutique Hotel, located in Pretoria. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and order at the bar, and ensuring an exceptional experience for guests through excellent service. Daily tasks include managing the bar’s inventory, handling cash transactions, following established recipes for beverages, and collaborating with the team to deliver seamless service in coordination with the restaurant and events team.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally and warmly with guests and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Bartending, including preparing and serving a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic, with attention to detail and quality.
• Experience with Food & Beverage operations and understanding of proper hygiene and safety standards.
• Cash Handling skills to process guest transactions accurately, efficiently, and responsibly.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous hospitality or bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Relevant certifications in beverage handling or bartending are a plus.
