Junior Sales Representative - Montana

Our client, a leader in the Office Automation / ICT industry, is looking for young, energetic, and sales driven Direct Sales Reps in Montana, Pretoria. The successful candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic, and well-organised.

Skills and experience required:

• 2 years IT / Office Automation Sales experience is a requirement.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in Afrikaans and English.
• Fully Computer literate.
• Excellent Communication Skills on all levels, telephonic and face to face customer relations skills / presentable / self-motivated.
• Excellent Presentation, Planning and organizational skills.
• Must be self-driven, motivated, innovative and team player.
• Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the companys products and/or related services.
• Personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers.
• Minimum qualification requirement is Grade 12.
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
• Proven track record of sales.
• Fully computer literate.
• Excellent telephonic and face to face customer skills.
• Must be presentable.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly / annual sales targets.
• Manage sales pipeline and develop new prospects.
• Report accurately on sales activities on CRM and to the Sales Manager.
• Develop and maintain the existing customer base.
• Customer relationship building including but not limited to customer visits.
• Promotes, sells and secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
• Cross-sell products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
