This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Specialist / Call Centre Representative role based in Pretoria, where the successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting SERR Synergy’s comprehensive range of legal compliance solutions to businesses.

The position involves generating leads and supporting sales efforts through professional outbound cold calling to decision-makers, identifying potential clients, communicating the value of company services and securing appointments for sales consultants.

The ideal candidate is a strong team player and individual performer, able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven call centre environment while maintaining clear, professional, and persuasive client communication.

We are offering a competitive basic salary along with commissions and performance bonuses.

• Matric / Grade 12
• Previous call center / telemarketing experience is advantageous, but not mandatory as in-house training will be provided
• Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English (preferably)
• Friendly yet professional demeanor with excellent telephone manners
• Self-motivated with the drive to achieve sales targets and enjoy corresponding rewards
• Successful candidates are expected to assume duties as soon as possible
