Introduction
Responsibility and accountability for managing and reporting broker training, support and relationship building in order for Bestmed to be positioned as the Scheme of choice for the intermediary and their clients. To implement effective strategies that will position Bestmed Advisor Sales Channel as the delivery structure of Bestmed activities with particular emphasis on the achievement of growing Bestmed's membership.
Duties & Responsibilities- Manage and Support business consultants (BC's) operationally and strategically to recruit new business
- Manage and support BC's to increase the brokers contracted with Bestmed
- Communicating retention and growth trends with the team and implementing corrective measures and strategies
- Advisor training and support
- Reporting
- Advisor Sales Communication
- Advisor Webinars
- Staff management
- Ensuring healthy risk pool is attracted to the scheme
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Mathematics on a symbol E or higher. Maths Literacy on a symbol C or higher)
- Diploma/Degree (Marketing, Communications and/or Sales)
- RE Qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience in the Financial Services industry in a Sales, Distribution, Business Development, Relationship Management and/or Marketing role
- Minimum 3 years Broker Consultant/Sales experience
