Innovative IT company seeks Channel Sales Person. Develop and manage new and existing sales channel partners.
What the person must be able to do:
This role is in the PABX industry. As such, the person must be able to execute all job tasks in the Office Automation and PABX context and environment. The company has developed a unique Software as a Service solution. This solution enables organisations to manage expenses through effective management of telephone call costs. The person must manage sales channel partners to enable, empower and incentivise them to resell the solution, to existing and new customers.
Channel partners will be existing PABX companies and potentially IT companies.
Establish a channel network through cold calling and networkingIf you have an existing network of partners bring them on boardProvide training to partnersJoin partners on sales callsProvide preferential pricing to close large dealsMonthly promotions and incentivesObtain answers to technical questionsDeal with customer support issuesGrow partner commitment to the solutionGrow revenue per partnerAchieve and over-achieve sales targetsReport on sales opportunitiesSales forecastingKey Job Deliverables:

Salary:
Basic: R 20K-R25K per month (dependent on experience and proven track record)
On Target: R 40K to R 50K per month
Maximum Earnings: No salary cap
