This role focuses on providing expert diagnostic and troubleshooting support to field technicians via remote assistance technologies, including video calls, diagnostic software, and detailed documentation. You will play a vital role in resolving complex HVAC system issues without being physically present on-site, guiding field teams through repairs and installations.

The ideal candidate is an experienced HVAC professional with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, comfortable leveraging technology to deliver high-level technical expertise across the country from their remote location.

• Provide remote technical assistance and guidance to field technicians for HVAC system diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Analyze system performance data and diagnostic reports to identify root causes of technical issues.
• Develop clear, step-by-step instructions and visual aids to guide field personnel through complex procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including electrical controls and mechanical components.
• Maintain detailed records of remote support interactions, solutions provided, and feedback from field teams.
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights into common field issues and potential system improvements.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician with a strong understanding of commercial and residential systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in using remote diagnostic tools, video conferencing software, and digital documentation platforms.
• A strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
