The Office Manager has organizational and administrative responsibilities including budgeting and personnel management. The Office Manager will also be responsible for planning and conducting administration‑related training.
Responsibilities- Manage and direct office staff by setting goals, objectives, and standards for performance.
- Clarify policies and procedures to ensure consistent application of practices throughout the organization.
- Coordinate office activities across multiple departments of an organization.
- Facilitate communication and information flow among departments and assist with interdepartmental problem solving.
- Schedule staff.
